You will take notice that WVTJ, the purchaser of the tax lien(s) on the following real estate, Certification of Sale: 2021-S-00000211, LOT 3 BRUSH CK, located in BEAVER POND, which was returned delinquent in the name of JOHNSON DONALD R & ELEANOR, and for which the tax lien(s) thereon was sold by the sheriff of Mercer County at the sale for the deliquent taxes made on the 8th day of November, 2021, has requested that you be notified that a deed for such real estate will be made to him or her on or after January 17, 2024, as provided by law, unless before that day you redeem such real estate.
