NOTICE OF INFORMAL CONFERENCE Notice is hereby given that the Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Mining and Reclamation will conduct an informal conference on Tuesday, July 12, 2016, at 6:00 p.m. at Marsh Fork Elementary School located 5960 Coal River Road, Rock Creek, WV. The purpose of this conference is to hear comments from those people having an interest that may be adversely affected by the issuance of Republic Energy, Inc, Surface Mine Application S300316, located near Clear Creek, Raleigh County, West Virginia. In the event all parties that requested this informal conference stipulate agreement prior to the conference and withdraw their request, the informal conference will not be held.
