NOTICE OF
INFORMAL CONFERENCE
Notice is hereby given that the Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Mining and Reclamation will conduct an informal conference on Thursday, November 8, 2018, at 6:00 p.m. at Bradley-Prosperity Volunteer Fire Department in Bradley, WV.
The purpose of this conference is to hear comments from those people having an interest that may be adversely affected by the issuance of a Modification to Appalachian Aggregates, LLC, Permit Q302286 in Raleigh County, West Virginia.
In the event all parties that requested this informal conference stipulate agreement prior to the conference and withdraw their request, the informal conference will not be held.
