SELL REAL ESTATE OF
THE SHENANDOAH
DISTRICT OF THE WESLEYAN CHURCH

Please take notice that under the provisions of WV Code 35-1-10 the Shenandoah District of the Wesleyan Church and Broad Street Pilgrim Holiness Church of Parkersburg, Wood County, West Virginia, hereby gives notice that it intends to sell and convey real estate situate at 2605 Broad Street, Parkersburg, WV, unto Michael A. Flinn, for the sum of $33,000.00, on or after the last publication date of this notice, said real estate more particularly described as follows: all of that certain lot, tract or parcel of land lying and being situate in the City of Parkersburg, County of Wood, State of West Virginia, and more particularly bounded and described as follows:

BEING all of Lot No. 44, in Panorama Addition to the City of Parkersburg, West Virginia, as shown by Plat of said Addition, duly recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Wood County, West Virginia, in Plat Book No. 2, at Page No. 43.

Being the same real estate conveyed unto the Broad Street Pilgrim Holiness Church of Parkersburg, Wood County, West Virginia, by deed dated October 3, 1952 and of record in the aforesaid Clerk’s Office in Deed Book 359, at pag e 449.

This conveyance is made subject to any and all exceptions, agreements, restrictions, covenants, easements and rights of way set forth in prior deeds of record.

Any boda fide objections thereto shall be conveyed to Jason A. Nestor, attorney-at-law, 941 Market Street, Parkersburg, WV 26101, (304) 865-4400 on or before said date.
