Being all of Lot No. 88, fronting on George Street in what is known as Oak Park Addition to the City of Parkersburg with address of 1609 Lawrence Street, Parkersburg, West Virginia 26101; lot size 50 X 125.
Terms of sale are cash in hand on day of sale or within 30 days upon terms acceptable to the Special Commissioner. The property is conveyed in as in condition with no covenants of warranty, subject to unpaid property taxes. Purchaser shall pay all costs of recording the deed.
