Notice is hereby given that the Trustees of First Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) of Beckley, West Virginia will, on or after September 30, 2025, GRANT, SELL and CONVEY to RONALD CHAD MILLER the following described real property with all improvements thereon and appurtenances thereto belonging situate on Wickham Avenue in the City of Beckley, Raleigh County, West Virginia, to-wit:
LOT NO. Seven (7), Section 2, Hull Tract: BEGINNING at a state on Wickham Avenue corner to Lot No. 6; thence N. 10° 5' E. 70 feet to a stake, corner to Lot No. 8; thence with line of same S. 76° 55' E. 140 feet to a stake at Alley B; thence with same 70 feet to a stake, a corner to said Lot No. 6; thence with line of same, 140 feet to the beginning.
AND BEING the same property conveyed to the Trustees of the First Christian Church, Beckley. West Virginia from T. R. Wilson and Ethel B. Wilson by Deed dated June 30, 1952 and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Raleigh County, West Virginia in Deed Book 314, at Page 332, and is assessed in the City of Beckley and is shown on Tax Map 12, as Parcel 26.
