RALEIGH COUNTY COMMISSION NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that on the 2nd day of February 2016, in the Raleigh County Commission Courtroom, 116 1/2 North Heber Street, Beckley, West Virginia at 10:00 a.m., the County Commission of Raleigh County, West Virginia will hold a Public Hearing upon the petition of Oral Richardson for the purpose of closing a section of an unnamed alley located adjacent to Town District, Tax Map 100-1, Parcels 135 and 136, Sprague, WV.
