NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS OF THE CITY OF BECKLEY Notice is hereby given that the Board of Zoning Appeals of the City of Beckley will hold a public hearing at 4:00 o’clock p.m. on Wednesday, the 20th day of April 2016 in Council Chambers of the Beckley Municipal Building, 409 South Kanawha Street, in the City of Beckley on the petition of Jackie Lee Horrocks, owner and Jennifer Spangler, agent, of property located at 206 Teel Road (Map 62, Parcel 83.0) in the City of Beckley, or their agent, for three foot side yard variance to allow placement of a 12′ x 24′ accessory building two feet from the main structure and two feet from the right side property line over an existing driveway in an R-1 Zone.
