NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PROPOSAL TO ADOPT INTERNATIONAL
PROPERTY MAINTENANCE CODE
ORDINANCE NO. 1001
The City Council of Mill Creek, West Virginia is considering an ordinance adopting the International Property Maintenance Code, 2012 Edition, promulgated by the International Code Council. A public hearing thereon will be held at the regular meeting of the City Council on June 9, 2016 at 6:00 pm. at Mill Creek Town Hall, 135 Woody Simmons Dr., Mill Creek, West Virginia. Copies of the Code are available for use and examination by the public at Mill Creek Town Hall between 9:00am and 4:00pm Monday through Friday, except holidays. All interested persons are invited to attend and express themselves on this subject. The proposed ordinance may be materially amended at said meeting. This will be third and final reading or ordinance.
If adopted said ordinance shall become effective July 1, 2016.
