NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CITY OF BECKLEY PLANNING COMMISSION The City of Beckley Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on the 2nd of August, 2016 at 4:00 p.m. in the Common Council Chambers, Municipal Building, 409 South Kanawha Street, Beckley, WV, on the petition of Zen’s Development, LLC, owner, requesting approval to create a parking lot with more than five parking spaces in a B-3 Zone located at 306, 308, 312 and 314 Neville Street.
