BRADLEY PUBLIC SERVICE DISTRICT CASE NO. 16-0466-PSD-42A NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING A hearing will be held by the Public Service Commission of West Virginia at the Raleigh County Courthouse, Circuit Court, Ceremonial Courtroom, 215 Main Street, Beckley, on September 7, 2016, at 1:30 p.m. concerning the increased rates and charges filed by the Bradley Public Service District, a public utility, for furnishing sewer service to approximately 1,605 customers in Raleigh County, West Virginia. Anyone desiring to protest the approval of these increased rates may appear at the hearing or may file a written protest to: Executive Secretary of the Public Service Commission at P.O. Box 812, 201 Brooks Street, Charleston, West Virginia 25323. The proposed increased rates and charges will produce approximately $31,745 annually in additional revenue, an increase of 2.58{4ceb532c6f579389df471c6c1e832caf2346b74dc60fcbf6aabd4d29df3baf9c} for Step 1 rates and no additional revenue for Step 2 rates. The increases shown are based on averages of all customers in the indicated class. Each class may receive an increase or decrease greater or less than stated here. Individual customers may receive increases that are greater or less than average. Furthermore, the requested rates and charges are only a proposal and are subject to change (increases or decreases) by the Public Service Commission in its review of this filing. Any increase in rates and charges will not become effective until authorized and approved by the Commission.
