NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Morgan County Solid Waste Authority will hold a public hearing concerning the five-year update of the Morgan County Solid Waste Authority’s Solid Waste Facility Siting Plan.
The hearing will take place at 180 S. Washington Street, on the 11th day of March, 2025 at 4:45 p.m. during which time public comments will be heard.
This plan may be reviewed at the Morgan County Library and the Morgan County Clerk’s Office.
Written comments will be accepted until March 24, 2025 and may be sent to: Becky Barkley, Recycling Coordinator, Morgan County Solid Waste Authority, 180 S. Washington Street, Berkeley Springs, WV 25411.
