RALEIGH COUNTY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING This is notice that on the 13th day of August, 2015 in the Raleigh County Commission Courtroom at 116 1/2 North Heber Street, Beckley, West Virginia, at 4:00 p.m., the Planning and Zoning Commission of Raleigh County, West Virginia, will hold a public hearing upon the application of TowerCo for the purpose of erecting a 285 foot Telecommunications Facility on property owned by Linda Snodgress. The property to be affected is located at 212 Old Rich Hill Road, Arnett, Marsh Fork District, Tax Map 21, Parcel 48.1, Raleigh County, West Virginia. Any person wishing to be heard concerning this matter should be present at the time and place indicated above. Written comments concerning this matter received by August 12, 2015 will be considered.
