NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BECKLEY Notice is hereby given that on Tuesday, the 3rd of March, 2015 at 4:00 p.m. in the Common Council Chambers of the Beckley Municipal Building, 409 South Kanawha Street, Beckley, Raleigh County, West Virginia, the Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on the petition of Anhdao Nguyen, owner of 206 Johnstown Road, Map 17, Parcel 209.0, seeking an amendment to the City of Beckley Zoning Ordinance, Chapter 15, Section 15-13-(a)-(3) adding “beauty and barber shops and salons” to the permitted uses of “offices for service, financial or professional businesses”.
