NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Tuesday, September 8, 2015 at 7:00 PM
The Jefferson County Planning Commission has scheduled a Public Hearing on the proposed text amendments regarding rural campground standards. The proposed amendments include amending Article 2, Definitions, Appendix C, Principal Permitted Uses, and creating a new section 8.16, Campgrounds to the Jefferson County Zoning and Land Development Ordinance (ZTA 15-02), and amending Article 26, Terminology and Appendix B, Division 7 of the Jefferson County Subdivision and Land Development Regulations (STA15-04).
Oral or written comments can be provided at the hearing, 7:00 PM Tuesday, September 8, 2015 in the Charles Town Library meeting room at 200 E. Washington St., at the side entrance on Samuel St. You may also provide written comments to [email protected] or to PO Box 338, Charles Town, WV 25414, or fax to 304-728-8126. Copies of the proposed text amendment are available at the Dept. of Planning & Zoning office located at 116 E. Washington St. in Charles Town and on the County’s website at: www.jeffersoncountywv.org.
