Notice of Public Hearing
Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held by the Common Council of City of Beckley on Tuesday, January 20, 2026 at 5:30 PM in City Council Chambers, 409 South Kanawha Street, Beckley, West Virginia on a proposed Lease to Lavendar Hill Roost, Inc., of the 1st floor of 101 Main Street (space formally occupied by WVVA Television, Inc.).
The public is invited to make comments at the Public Hearing. A copy of the Lease may be reviewed at Beckley City Hall Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:30 am and 4:00 pm.
