Public Hearing Notice: The federal Community Service Block Grant state plan is available for public review and comment of the proposed use and distribution of funds for federal Fiscal Years 2020-2021. A public hearing will be held on Tuesday, August 27, 2019 at 3:00 p.m., 1900 Kanawha Blvd. East, Building 3, Suite 700, Charleston, WV. All written comments must be received before 5:00 p.m. on August 27, 2019. A copy of the plan is available for review at: http://wvcad.org
