NOTICE OF PUBLIC
STORAGE UNIT AUCTION
To enforce West Virginia Self-Storage Lien Act Code 38-14-5.
M.B.H. Holdings, LLC d/b/a AAA Mini Storage will hold a public auction to sell personal property held at it’s self-storage facilities to satisfy a self-storage lien on the property of MARY SAUNDERS #9, TINA TAYLOR #36, AMANDA BRYANT #236, JESSICA DUNBAR #16 and MAE TOMPKINS #10.
Public Auction will take place at 612 Stanaford Road, Beckley on Tuesday, November 20, 2018 at 11:30 a.m., then 475 Cranberry Road, Beckley and 598 Bolt Road, Fairdale, immediately following.
This is a full bin auction.
All units subject to a $50.00 refundable deposit. Buyer has 48 hours to empty the unit or deposit and unit contents is forfeited. NO EXCEPTIONS.
