UNIT AUCTION
To enforce West Virginia Self-Storage Lien Act Code 38-14-5.
M.B.H. Holdings, LLC d/b/a AAA Mini Storage will hold a public auction to sell personal property held at it’s self-storage facilities to satisfy a self-storage lien on the property of KAITLYN BOLING #3, DEANDRE HARRIS #11, MATTHEW WILLIAMS #12, BRANDON BURKS #22, STEPHANIE OSBORNE #32, ZACHARY ESTES #48, ASHLEY POWELL #80, MAE TOMPKINS #10, ALLYSON ADKINS #15, and TAMMY COOK #16.
Public Auction will take place at 475 Cranberry Road, Beckley on Wednesday, February 20, 2019 at 10:00 a.m., and 612 Stanaford Road, Beckley and 598 Bolt Road, Fairdale, immediately following.
This is a full bin auction.
All units subject to a $50.00 refundable deposit. Buyer has 48 hours to empty the unit or deposit and unit contents is forfeited. NO EXCEPTIONS.
