Burnside Jr., Judge of the Circuit Court of Raleigh County, West Virginia, in his chambers located at the Raleigh County Judicial Center, 222 Main Street, 3rd Floor, Beckley, West Virginia, on Monday, March 21, 2016 at 10:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as this case may be heard. Further, notice is hereby given that your parental rights, if any, may be terminated in the proceeding, and that any potential respondent father may appear and defend any such rights within thirty (30) days from the date of the first publication of this notice.
