Notice is hereby given that on the 9th day of January, 2020, Petitioner, HUNTER HARRISON WALTERS, filed a Petition in the Circuit Court of Mercer County, West Virginia, for an Order by said Court, changing the name of HUNTER HARRISON WALTERS, to HUNTER HARRISON ADDAIR. If anyone shall object to this name change they may petition the Mercer County Circuit Court located at 1501 Main Street, Suite 111 Princeton, WV 24740, on or before FEBRUARY 28TH, 2020 @ 10:30 in the Honorable Mark Wills, Courtroom or (10) days of this publication.
