You will take notice that Property Investment Trust, the purchaser of the following real estate, Certificate No.: 541919, located in Parkersburg District, Parkersburg Lot 50 x 140 George St #1006 George St which was returned delinquent or nonentered in the name of Dye Kathleen 2012-13 Dye Alfred W 2014, and was sold by the deputy commissioner of delinquent and nonentered lands of Wood County at the sale for delinquent taxes on 07/23/2015. Property Investment Trust requests that you be notified a deed for such real estate will be made on or after 10/19/2015, as provided by law, unless before that day you redeem such real estate. The amount needed to redeem on or before 10/19/2015 will be as follows:
