You will take notice that Jason or Rita Lipscomb, the purchaser of the following real estate, Certificate No.: 541849, located in Parkersburg District, Parkersburg Lot 134 1/2x25x134 1/2×25 Known As 1506 Beaver St Adn which was returned delinquent or nonentered in the name of Moore Stephen F Moore Donna G, and was sold by the deputy commissioner of delinquent and nonentered lands of Wood County at the sale for delinquent taxes on 07/23/2015. Jason or Rita Lipscomb requests that you be notified a deed for such real estate will be made on or after 11/06/2015, as provided by law, unless before that day you redeem such real estate.
