Day, the purchaser of the following real estate, Certificate No.: 541801, located in Parkersburg District, Parkersburg 40×128.75 Private Ave Being S 40á #5, 6, 7 S/D of Lots 4 & 5 M J Belt S/D of A Pt of #2 which was returned delinquent or nonentered in the name of Cumberledge Joseph & Farra P Schwalbe Edwards Mercer Amanda, and was sold by the deputy commissioner of delinquent and nonentered lands of Wood County at the sale for delinquent taxes on 3/12/2015. Michael A. Day requests that you be notified a deed for such real estate will be made on or after 06/12/2015, as provided by law, unless before that day you redeem such real estate. The amount needed to redeem on or before 06/12/2015 will be as follows:
