Wamsley, the purchaser of the following real estate, Certificate No.: 541890, located in Parkersburg District, Parkersburg Lot 125×42 1/2x125x42 1/2 S S Lynn St which was returned delinquent or nonentered in the name of Buchanan Mary Lou Life Est Wilson Steven W, and was sold by the deputy commissioner of delinquent and nonentered lands of Wood County at the sale for delinquent taxes on 07/23/2015. David B. Wamsley requests that you be notified a deed for such real estate will be made on or after 11/09/2015, as provided by law, unless before that day you redeem such real estate. The amount needed to redeem on or before 11/09/2015 will be as follows:
