You will take notice that H3 LLC, the purchaser of the following real estate, Certificate No.: 541870, located in CLAY District, 8/10-A St Pike (Yard) which was returned delinquent or nonentered in the name of Robinson Richard Robinson Regina, and was sold by the deputy commissioner of delinquent and nonentered lands of Wood County at the sale for delinquent taxes on 05/08/2017. H 3 LLC requests that you be notified a deed for such real estate will be made on or after 8/7/2017, as provided by law, unless before that day you redeem such real estate. The amount needed to redeem on or before 8/7/2017 will be as follows:
