You will take notice that Ross Family Investments, LLC, the purchaser of the following real estate, Certification No. 541996, located in PARKERSBURG CORP District, LOT âAã STREET 29X78.97 which was returned delinquent or nonentered in the name of PERSINGER BRIAN P PERSINGER ROSE L, and was sold by the deputy commissioner of delinquent and nonentered lands of WOOD County at the sale for delinquent taxes on 07/15/2019. Ross Family Investments, LLC requests that you be notified a deed for such real estate will be made on or after 10/31/2019, as provided by law, unless before that day you redeem such real estate. The amount needed to redeem on or before 10/31/2019 will be as follows:
