Day, the purchaser of the following real estate, Certificate No.: 541852, located in Parkersburg District, Parkersburg 50x125x51.5×86.5×1.5×38.5 Swann St which was returned delinquent or nonentered in the name of Parker Mary J, and was sold by the deputy commissioner of delinquent and nonentered lands of Wood County at the sale for delinquent taxes on 3/12/2015. Michael A. Day requests that you be notified a deed for such real estate will be made on or after 06/12/2015, as provided by law, unless before that day you redeem such real estate.
