You will take notice that Michael A. Day, the purchaser of the following real estate, Certificate No.: 541806, located in Parkersburg District, Parkersburg Pt Lots 44x145x44x146 Ft Larid Ave which was returned delinquent or nonentered in the name of Liman James, and was sold by the deputy commissioner of delinquent and nonentered lands of Wood County at the sale for delinquent taxes on 3/12/2015. Michael A. Day requests that you be notified a deed for such real estate will be made on or after 06/12/2015, as provided by law, unless before that day you redeem such real estate. The amount needed to redeem on or before 06/12/2015 will be as follows:
