NOTICE OF REGULAR MEETING

 

The Public Service Board of Lubeck Public Service District (the âDistrictã) will hold a regular meeting on Thursday, March 12, 2015, at 7:00 p.m., prevailing time, at the District’s office at 301 Ox Johnson Lane, Washington, West Virginia, for the following purposes:

  1. To consider and adopt a proposed Bond Resolution authorizing its Sewer Revenue Bonds, Series 2015 B (BB&T), in the aggregate principal amount of $232,000 (the âBondsã), to permanently finance the costs of certain improvements and extensions to the existing public sewerage system of the District (the âProjectã).
  2. To consider and adopt a proposed Supplemental Resolution approving the terms and other provisions of the Bonds.
  3. To consider and approve all other documents and matters in connection with respect to the Project.

This meeting is open to the press and the public and any person interested may attend such meeting.
