Concord University (hereinafter called “OWNER”) on behalf of the Concord University Board of Governors invites qualified companies to submit sealed proposals to assist in electronic and print student recruiting campaigns. Sealed proposals will be received at the offices of the OWNER, Room A227 in Marsh Hall (Administration Building), located at Athens, West Virginia 24712 unti1 2:00 p.m., local time, on Thursday, June 6, 2019, and then and there the proposals will be publicly opened and read.
