NOTICE OF SALE AT PUBLIC AUCTION Please take notice that by virtue of an Order of the Circuit Court of Fayette County, West Virginia, entered on September 22, 2016, and by virtue of the authority vested in the undersigned Special Commissioner by said Order, the undersigned Special Commissioner will on October 11, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. sell to the highest bidder at Public Auction at the Fayette County Courthouse, 100 Court Street, Fayetteville, West Virginia, the following described tract or parcel of surface land, together with improvements thereon, appurtenances thereunto belonging and rights incidental thereto, situate in New Haven District, Fayette County, West Virginia, and being more particularly bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING on the road leading to Schofield Rombaut’s a common corner between the parties of the first part and George C. Pennington, thence up said road 600 feet to a stake in the edge of said road, thence in an easterly direction to a stake on the right of way road described in the deed of Homer F. Teel and others, hereinafter referred to, thence in a northerly direction down and with said right of way road to a white oak, a common corner of the parties of the first part and Pennington, and with the line of the parties of the first part and Pennington in a westerly direction to the beginning, containing 10 acres more or less, it being understood that this land is conveyed by the boundary and not by the acre. TERMS OF THE SALE: Minimum Bid: $40,001.00 Cash on hand day of sale.
