NOTICE OF SALE BY TRUSTEE UNDER DEED OF TRUST Pursuant to the authority granted in that certain deed of trust dated November 16, 2009 from Charles S. Bolt and Kimberly L. Bolt to Colleen C. McCulloch, trustee to secure Linda Dickerson and Patrick Dickerson and recorded in the office of the Clerk of the County Commission, Raleigh County West Virginia at Book 5037, page 7364, default having been made by the said Charles S. Bolt and Kimberly L. Bolt in the payment and performance of the obligations secured by said Deed of Trust and having been requested in writing by the holder of the obligation secured, the undersigned will offer for sale at the front door of the Raleigh County Courthouse, 215 Main Street, Beckley, West Virginia, at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, July 29, 2015, that certain real estate conveyed by said deed of trust and more particularly described as follows: Lot No. 575 of the Hedrick – Walker – Carter Addition, Town Tax District, Raleigh County, West Virginia, as set forth in Map No. 6 of said Addition, of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Raleigh County, West Virginia, in Map Book 3, at page 12. And being the same property conveyed to Charles S. Bolt and Kimberly L. Bolt by deed from Linda Dickerson and Patrick Dickerson dated October 14, 2009, recorded in the aforesaid Clerk’s office at Deed Book 5037, Page 7363. The above described property will be conveyed by the undersigned to the purchaser by deed without warranty of any kind, express or implied, and will be made subject to all property taxes, prior liens, including any liens for sewer services assessed by any municipality or public service district, reservations, encumbrances, restrictions, rights of way, easements, covenants, charges and conditions of record in the aforesaid Clerk’s Office affecting the subject property. The subject property will be sold in “AS IS” condition. The undersigned shall be under no duty to cause any existing tenant or person occupying the subject property to vacate said property.
