NOTICE OF SETTLEMENT OF WRONGFUL DEATH ACTION Notice is hereby given that a settlement has been reached in an action pending in the Beckley Division of the U.S. District Court styled Sheldon Sears, Executor and Personal Representative of the Estate of James G. Sears Jr., v. United States of America, Civil Action No. 5:15-cv-07495. Pursuant to West Virginia Code 55-7-6, siblings of James G. Sears Jr. are among those eligible to make claims to the settlement proceeds. Siblings whose addresses are unknown are Anne Sears Huffman and Charlene Sears Romine.
