NOTICE OF TRUSTEE SALE Notice is hereby given that by virtue of that certain Deed of Trust dated November 14, 2007 executed by Ric V. Boice and Barry A. Strickland, JTWROS, unto J. Michael Anderson, Substitute Trustee, of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Greenbrier County, West Virginia, in Trust Deed Book 620 at Page 781, the makers of the Note and obligation secured thereby having failed to pay the same as provided for under the terms of said Note and Deed of Trust, and default not cured within the terms of said note and Deed of Trust, the holder of the Note having declared the whole thereof to be due and payable and having requested the undersigned, in writing, to make sale of the real estate described in said Deed of Trust, I will sell at public auction to the highest bidder on March 6, 2015, at 9:30 a.m. of that day at the front door of the Courthouse of Greenbrier County, Lewisburg, West Virginia, the following described real estate, to-wit: All of that certain lot, tract or parcel of land, together with the buildings and improvements thereon and all easements, rights-of-way and appurtenances thereunto belonging, situate the Town of Rupert, Greenbrier County, West Virginia, and more particularly bounded and described as follows: Beginning at a stake corner to Lots Seventeen (17) and Eighteen (18) Block Thirteen (13), Section One (1) of the Town of Rupert, and being a corner common to John W. Jones and the property herein conveyed and which stake is on the northern right-of-way line of U.S. Route 60, thence with the Jones line; N 04-15 E 126.00 feet to a stake on the back line of Lot Seventeen (17), N 15-02 W 236.32 feet to a stake on the Crane line, thence leaving Jones and with the Crane line N 82-20 E 265.70 feet to a stake on the Crane line, thence leaving Crane line, S 14-10 W 543.45 feet passing Northeast corner to Lot Twenty-Four (24) at 418.48 feet to southeast corner of said lot at point of Intersection of U.S. Route 60 and Fourth Street, thence with U.S. Route 60 N 75-50 W 175.00 feet to the beginning, containing 2 acres, more or less, and including a part of Lot Seventeen (17), and all of Lots Eighteen (18), Nineteen (19), Twenty (20), Twenty-One (21), Twenty-Two (22), Twenty-Three (23), Twenty-Four (24), Block Thirteen (13), Section One (1), of the Town of Rupert, and a tract of land lying behind said lots. And being the same property conveyed unto Ric V. Boice and Barry Strickland by Deed dated December 6, 2005, from N. Ford Capen and Edna Scott Capen, husband and wife, recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission in Deed Book 503 at page 856, reference to which Deed is hereby made for all pertinent purposes.
