NOTICE OF TRUSTEE SALE Notice is hereby given that by virtue of that certain Deed of Trust dated April 18, 2002, executed by Michael W. Thompson and Lois Ann Thompson, fka Lois Ann McVey, unto J. Michael Anderson, Substitute Trustee, of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Greenbrier County, West Virginia, in Trust Deed Book 475 at Page 205, the makers of the Note and obligation secured thereby having failed to pay the same as provided for under the terms of said Note and Deed of Trust, and default not cured within the terms of said note and Deed of Trust, the holder of the Note having declared the whole thereof to be due and payable and having requested the undersigned, in writing, to make sale of the real estate described in said Deed of Trust, I will sell at public auction to the highest bidder on March 6, 2015, at 9:00 a.m. of that day at the front door of the Courthouse of Greenbrier County, Lewisburg, West Virginia, the following described real estate, to-wit: All of Lot Number Twenty-six (26) and one-third (1/3) of Lot Number Twenty-seven (27) of the Thompson Addition to the Town of Alderson, Blue Sulphur District, Greenbrier County, West Virginia, as shown on a map of said addition, of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Greenbrier County, West Virginia, in Record of Maps No. 1, at page 116, the one-third (1/3) of Lot Number Twenty-seven (27) being more particularly described as follows: “BEGINNING at the corner of Lots 26 and 27 on Clay Street, thence in a southerly direction and with Clay Street and Lot 27 a distance of 15 feet, thence leaving said Clay Street in an easterly direction and parallel with the division line of Lot 26 and Lot No. 27 a distance of 144 feet to a 12 foot alley, thence with the westerly edge of said alley and with Lot No. 27 in a northerly direction a distance of 15 feet corner to Lots Nos. 26 and 27, thence in a westerly direction and with the division line of Lots 26 and 27, a distance of 144 feet to the point of beginning, containing 2,160 square feet, more or less, the said Lot 26 and one-third (1/3) of Lot 27 fronting 60 feet on Clay Street.” And being the same property conveyed unto Lois Ann McVey and Michael W. Thompson by Deed dated November 7, 1997 from George Lively, as Attorney in Fact for, Bertis M. Utsler, now Bertis U. Dixon, single, recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Greenbrier County, West Virginia in Deed Book 447 at Page 09.
