NOTICE OF TRUSTEE SALE Notice is hereby given that by virtue of that certain Deed of Trust dated May 7, 1998, executed by George M. Detrick and Madeline C. Detrick, his wife, unto J. Michael Anderson, Trustee, of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Greenbrier County, West Virginia, in Trust Deed Book 401 at Page 624, the makers of the Note and obligation secured thereby having failed to pay the same as provided for under the terms of said Note and Deed of Trust, and default not cured within the terms of said note and Deed of Trust, the holder of the Note having declared the whole thereof to be due and payable and having requested the undersigned, in writing, to make sale of the real estate described in said Deed of Trust, I will sell at public auction to the highest bidder on November 23, 2015, at 9:00 a.m. of that day at the front door of the Courthouse of Greenbrier County, Lewisburg, West Virginia, the following described real estate, to-wit: That certain real estate, together with the buildings and improvements thereon, if any, and/or personal property (as hereinafter described) located, situate, lying and being in Rupert Municipality and Rainelle Municipality District, Greenbrier County, West Virginia, more particularly described as follows, to-wit: TRACT NO. 1: All of those two (2) certain lots or parcels of land, together with the improvements thereon and all rights and appurtenances thereon belonging, situate in the Town of Rupert, Greenbrier County, West Virginia, known as and being Lots Numbers Twenty-Six (26) and Twenty-Seven (27) of Block Number Seven (7) in Subdivision Number (2) of said Town of Rupert, each of said Lots fronting Twenty-Five (25) feet on Greenbrier Street, as shown and described on the map or plat of said Rupert Subdivision Number Two (2), of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Court of Greenbrier County, West Virginia, in Map Bok 1, at Page 120. And being the same property conveyed unto George M. Detrick, one of the parties of the first part herein by deed dated September 7, 1994 from Louise Gilkerson, widow record in the aforesaid Clerk’s Office in Deed Book 427 at Page 111, reference to which deed is hereby made for all pertinent purposes. TRACT NO. 2: PARCEL NO. 1: That certain lot or parcel of land, together with the improvements thereon, situate in the Town of East Rainelle, Meadow Bluff District, Greenbrier County, West Virginia, more particularly bounded and described as follows: Beginning at a point in the northerly side line of Lot No. Fourteen (14) and Greenbrier Avenue, as shown on a map of East Rainelle Sub-division as mapped by W. G. Wilkinson, which map is of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Greenbrier County, West Virginia in Deed Book No. 82, at page 654, said point being located in a westerly direction 46.4 feet from a corner common to Lot No. 14, Greenbrier Avenue and a 12 foot alley; thence in a southerly direction, crossing Lots No. 14 and 15, along and with the westerly side line of a certain 4795 square foot parcel heretofore conveyed by Ray Neal to Vance, a distance of 101.95 feet to a point located in the side line common to Lots No. 15 and 16; thence alond and with said Lots No. 15 and 16 in westerly direction 46.7 feet to Fifth Street and a corner common to Lots No. 15 an 16; thence in a northerly direction, along and with Fifth Street, a distance of 107.6 feet to a corner common to Fifth Street, Greenbrier Avenue and Lot No. 14; thence in an easterly direction, along and with Lot No. 14 and Greenbrier Avenue, a distance of 47.8 feet to the point and place of beginning, being the westerly portions and residues of Lots No. 14 and 15 left after having subtracted therefrom that certain 4795 square foot parcel heretofore conveyed to Vance by Ray Neal. PARCEL NO. 2: All of those certain lots or parcels of land together with all improvements thereon and easements and appurtenances thereto belonging, situate in the Town of East Rainelle (now the Town of Rainelle) in Meadow Bluff District, Greenbrier County, West Virginia, and more particularly described and designated as Lots No. 16 and 17 on Fifth Street as shown upon a map of said East Rainelle made by the Bowman Realty Company, of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Greenbrier County, West Virginia in Map Book 1 at Page 38. THERE IS EXCEPTED AND RESERVED from Parcel No. Two described above that certain parcel containing 2,250 square feet, being one-half (1/0) of Lot No. 17 as described in that certain deed dated September 17, 1969, from Ray Neal and Mary Katherine Neal, his wife, unto Sam Stewart and Madeline Stewart, his wife, recorded in the aforesaid Clerk’s Office in Deed Book 252 at Page 547; and that certain parcel containing 3,525 square feet being composed of one-half (1/2) of Lot No. 16 and one-fourth (1/4) of Lot No. 17 as described in that certain deed dated September 17, 1969, from Ray Neal and Mary Katherine Neal, his wife, unto C. E. Vance and Mildred C. Vance, his wife recorded in the aforesaid Clerk’s Office in Deed Book 252 at Page 395. And being the same property conveyed unto the parties of the first part herein by deed dated May 1, 1998 from Earl B. Daff and Bessie J. Daff, his wife, recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Greenbrier County, West Virginia.
