NOTICE OF TRUSTEE SALE Notice is hereby given that by virtue of that certain Deed of Trust dated October 27, 2006, executed by Mikel A. George and April Lynn George, husband and wife, unto J. Michael Anderson, Substitute Trustee, of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Greenbrier County, West Virginia, in Trust Deed Book 595 at Page 312, the makers of the Note and obligation secured thereby having failed to pay the same as provided for under the terms of said Note and Deed of Trust, and default not cured within the terms of said note and Deed of Trust, the holder of the Note having declared the whole thereof to be due and payable and having requested the undersigned, in writing, to make sale of the real estate described in said Deed of Trust, I will sell at public auction to the highest bidder on November 23, 2015, at 9:15 a.m. of that day at the front door of the Courthouse of Greenbrier County, Lewisburg, West Virginia, the following described real estate, to-wit: The surface only of all that certain tract or parcel of land, together with the easements, rights of way, and appurtenances thereunto belonging, situate on U. S. Route 60, on the waters of Meadow River, in Meadow Bluff District, Greenbrier County, West Virginia, and being more particularly bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at an iron pin on the northern edge of the Midland Trail, U. S. Route 60, 20 feet from the center line thereof and 30 feet from a 1 1/2 inch iron pin corner to Shinn; thence running with the said U. S. Route 60 S 38-55 W 200 feet to an iron pin; thence continuing with the said U. S. Route 60 S 35-00 W 30 feet to an iron pin, thence leaving U.S. Route 60 and with Walker property N 54-33 W 440.14 feet to an iron pin; thence with Meadow River Coal and Land Company N 35-41 E 229.95 feet to an iron pin found; thence S54-31 W 451.06 feet with Shinn to the point of Beginning and containing 2.34 acres, more or less. And being the same property conveyed unto Mikel A. George and April Lynn George, his wife, by Deed Dated October 4, 2006 from M. Robert Trimble, recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Greenbrier County, West Virginia.
