NOTICE OF TRUSTEE SALE Notice is hereby given that by virtue of that certain Deed of Trust dated February 21, 2012, executed by H. Wyatt Hanna and Terri Hanna, husband and wife, unto J. Michael Anderson, Substitute Trustee, of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Greenbrier County, West Virginia, in Trust Deed Book 695 at Page 139, the makers of the Note and obligation secured thereby having failed to pay the same as provided for under the terms of said Note and Deed of Trust, and default not cured within the terms of said note and Deed of Trust, the holder of the Note having declared the whole thereof to be due and payable and having requested the undersigned, in writing, to make sale of the real estate described in said Deed of Trust, I will sell at public auction to the highest bidder on November 23, 2015, at 9:45 a.m. of that day at the front door of the Courthouse of Greenbrier County, Lewisburg, West Virginia, the following described real estate, to-wit: All that certain lot, tract or parcel of land, together with the buildings thereon, and the easements, rights of way and appurtenances thereunto belonging, situate, lying and being in the Town of Rupert, in Meadow Bluff District, Greenbrier County, West Virginia, more particularly bounded and described as follows: “Beginning at the North East Corner of Lewis and 7th Streets and with tie line N 75-50 W 300 feet to the starting corner, thence N 75-50 W 100 feet to a stake, thence S 14-10 W 125 feet to a stake, thence S 75-50 E 100 feet to a stake thence N 14.10 E 125 feet to the beginning and containing 12,500 Square Feet.” THERE IS HEREBY EXCEPTED AND RESERVED from the above described property on the west boundary line 12 foot strip for the purpose of constructing a driveway to the adjoining property on the said west boundary line owned by Lucille T. Smith and Earl E. Smith. And being the same real property conveyed unto H. Wyatt Hanna, III and Terri Hanna, husband and wife, by deed dated January 24, 2012 from Horace W. Venters and Geneva L.
