NOTICE OF TRUSTEE SALE Notice is hereby given that by virtue of that certain Deed of Trust dated July 7, 2006, executed by Michael A. Dallaire, single, unto J. Michael Anderson, Substitute Trustee, of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Raleigh County, West Virginia, in Trust Deed Book 5022 at Page 8694, the makers of the Note and obligation secured thereby having failed to pay the same as provided for under the terms of said Note and Deed of Trust, and default not cured within the terms of said note and Deed of Trust, the holder of the Note having declared the whole thereof to be due and payable and having requested the undersigned, in writing, to make sale of the real estate described in said Deed of Trust, I will sell at public auction to the highest bidder on April 29, 2016, at 10:15 a.m. of that day at the front door of the Courthouse of Raleigh County, Beckley, West Virginia, the following described real estate, to-wit: The surface and appurtenances thereunto belonging, situated in Shady Spring District, Raleigh County, West Virginia, and which lots are more particularly bounded and described as follows: Beginning at a rebar (set), being the common corner of Lot No. 6 & 7 on the boundary line of the Glade Springs Resort Limited Liability Co., (MR49 – PG1172), tract of land; thence with the lot line of Lots No. 6 & 7; N 25 degrees 27′ E 118.08′ to a rebar (set), being a corner of Lot No. 6 & 7; thence with two (2) new lines through Lot No. 7; N 87 degrees 14′ E 34.44′ to a rebar (set), a new corner, thence N 24 degrees 40′ E 103.39′ to a rebar (set), a new corner of the R/W of Second Street; thence with the R/W of Second Street, four (4) courses and distances; N 87 degrees 14′ E 10.36′ to a rebar (set), thence with a curve having an arc distance of 100.28′, and a chord bearing, S 41 degrees 58′ E 87.65′ to a rebar (set), thence S 08 degrees 51′ W 47.59′ to a rebar (set), thence with a curve having an arc distance of 125.65′ and a chord bearing; S 08 degrees 51′ W 80.00′ to a rebar (set), being a corner Lot No. 7, and the James E.
