NOTICE OF TRUSTEE SALE Notice is hereby given that by virtue of that certain Deed of Trust dated December 6, 2001 executed by Diana Sizemore, unto J. Michael Anderson, Substitute Trustee, of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Fayette County, West Virginia, in Trust Deed Book 636 at Page 608, the makers of the Note and obligation secured thereby having failed to pay the same as provided for under the terms of said Note and Deed of Trust, and default not cured within the terms of said note and Deed of Trust, the holder of the Note having declared the whole thereof to be due and payable and having requested the undersigned, in writing, to make sale of the real estate described in said Deed of Trust, I will sell at public auction to the highest bidder on June 24, 2016, at 12:00 p.m. of that day at the front door of the Courthouse of Fayette County, Fayetteville, West Virginia, the following described real estate, to-wit: Property Address: Rt. 16 North Dixie, WV 25059 Beginning at a point at the edge of First Avenue as called for on the plat of the A.W. Tabit Addition to the town of Dixie, as referenced hereinafter and being approximately 100 feet from the right of way of State Route 16 and being a common corner with property owned by Eugene McDaniel in 1946 as shown on said map and running with the property of Eugene McDaniel N. 19 f 38′ E. 50 feet to another point being also a corner of property owned by said Eugene McDaniel; thence N. 14 f E. 50 feet to another point common with property owned by Eugene McDaniel and Nettie McDaniel as shown on said map; running thence N. 66 f E. 50 feet to a corner common with Lot 2 of Block 1; thence S. 19 f 38′ W. 100 feet with a common line said Lot No. 2 of Block 1 to a point at the edge of First Avenue, thence S. 66 f E. 50 feet to the place of beginning, and being Lot No. 1 of Block No. 1 of the A.W. Tabit Addition to the Town of Dixie, as shown on a map thereof recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Fayette County, West Virginia, in Map Book 7, at Page 33.
