NOTICE OF TRUSTEE SALE
Notice is hereby given that by virtue of that certain Deed of Trust dated June 11, 2009, executed by Crystal Ratliff, unto J. Michael Anderson, Substitute Trustee, of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Greenbrier County, West Virginia, in Trust Deed Book 652 at Page 507, the makers of the Note and obligation secured thereby having failed to pay the same as provided for under the terms of said Note and Deed of Trust, and default not cured within the terms of said note and Deed of Trust, the holder of the Note having declared the whole thereof to be due and payable and having requested the undersigned, in writing, to make sale of the real estate described in said Deed of Trust, I will sell at public auction to the highest bidder on November 27, 2018, at 1:00 p.m. of that day at the front door of the Courthouse of Greenbrier County, Lewisburg, West Virginia, the following described real estate, to-wit:
Lewisburg Municipality, Greenbrier County, West Virginia
Lot No. 25 and the adjoining strip ten (10) feet in width of Lot No. 26 contiguous with the southerly boundary of Lot No. 25, which strip extends from Dennis Street to the real line of Lot No. 26 of the Bell Van Addition of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Greenbrier County, West Virginia, in record of Maps Book No. 1 at Page 57.
And being the same property conveyed unto Crystal D. Ratliff, from Wells Fargo Bank Minnesota, National Association, FKA Norwest Bank Minnesota, National Association, as Trustee for Registered Holders of Option One Mortgage Loan Trust 2000-B, Asset-Backed Certificates Series 2000-B, Without Recourse, by deed dated the 26th day of December, 2001, and of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Greenbrier County, West Virginia in Deed Book 472 at Page 584.
Reference is hereby made to all prior instruments in the chain of title for all reservations, restrictions, limitations, easements, and rights of way affecting the property herein conveyed.

TERMS OF SALE: Cash in hand paid on day of sale subject to all unpaid property taxes, restrictive covenants, reservations, and easements.
