NOTICE OF TRUSTEE SALE
Notice is hereby given that by virtue of that certain Deed of Trust dated December 22, 2000, executed by Warren D. McClung, II and Rebecca McClung, married, unto J. Michael Anderson, Substitute Trustee, of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Greenbrier County, West Virginia, in Trust Deed Book 445 at Page 282, the makers of the Note and obligation secured thereby having failed to pay the same as provided for under the terms of said Note and Deed of Trust, and default not cured within the terms of said note and Deed of Trust, the holder of the Note having declared the whole thereof to be due and payable and having requested the undersigned, in writing, to make sale of the real estate described in said Deed of Trust, I will sell at public auction to the highest bidder on March 1, 2019, at 9:30 a.m. of that day at the front door of the Courthouse of Greenbrier County, Lewisburg, West Virginia, the following described real estate, to-wit:
Situate in Meadow Bluff District, Greenbrier County, West Virginia, known as Lot No. 19 in the Home Realty Co. Subdivision as shown on a map of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Greenbrier County, West Virginia, and more particularly bounded and described as follows:
Lot No. 19 – Beginning on the line of Lot No. 1 and First Street N 54 E 30 feet to a stake, thence N 66 E 172.5 feet to the property line of the Gauley Coal Land Co., Tract No. 7 and with the property line N 16.30 E 75 feet, thence leaving the property line N 68 W 50 feet to the corner of Lot No. 18 and with same S 55 W 241 feet to First Street and with same S 43.30 E 50 feet to the beginning.
And being the same property conveyed unto Warren D. McClung, II and Rebecca McClung by deed of Richard A. Cogar, Attorney-in-Fact for Mary Lee Cogar, dated December 12,2000, and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Greenbrier County, West Virginia in Deed Book 466 at Page 146.
Reference is hereby made to all prior instruments in the chain of title for all reservations, restrictions, limitations and easements and right of way affecting the property herein conveyed.
TERMS OF SALE: Cash in hand paid on day of sale subject to all unpaid property taxes, restrictive covenants, reservations, and easements.
