NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE The undersigned Trustee, by virtue of the authority vested in him by that certain Deed of Trust executed by ANN HEATH CHANDLEE and RODGER HORTON to DAVID L. ZIEGLER and ANNA R. ZIEGLER, trustees, securing a note to First Century Bank dated July 8, 2011, of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Court of Fayette County, West Virginia in Trust Book 878, page 577, said Deed of Trust being presently in default, the said Trustee having been requested by the beneficiary thereof so to do, NOW, THEREFORE, I DAVID L. Bennett, RPE #2079, Field Book 11, Page 9. AND BEING the same property conveyed unto Ann Heath Chandlee and Rodger Horton, with rights of survivorship from Steven R. Vandall by deed dated July 8, 2011 of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Fayette County, West Virginia in Deed Book 670 at page 665. Ann Heath Chandell died June 14, 2014 and by virtue of the survivorship clause, title to the property became vested in the name of Rodger Horton. THIS SALE IS MADE subject to such easements, rights of ways, restrictive covenants, reservations and agreements as are contained and set forth in prior deeds of conveyance pertaining to said real estate.
