NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE is hereby given pursuant to and by virtue of the authority vested in the Substitute Trustee, Pill & Pill, PLLC, by that certain Deed of Trust dated February 18, 2009, executed by Borrower(s), Jonathan P. Lilly to Phillip Hereford, the Trustee of record in the office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Raleigh County, West Virginia, in Book 5034, at Page 6303. At the time of the execution of the Deed of Trust, this property was reported to have a mailing address of 116 Rainbow Lane, Ghent, WV 25843. Pill & Pill, PLLC were appointed as Substitute Trustees by APPOINTMENT OF SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE dated October 22, 2015, of record in the Clerk’s Office in Book 5053, Page 4407. The borrower(s) defaulted under the Note and Deed of Trust and the Substitute Trustees have been instructed to foreclose under the Deed of Trust. The property is described as of that certain lot or parcel of land, together with the improvements thereon and the appurtenances thereunto belonging, situate in Shady Spring District, Raleigh County, West Virginia, and being more particularly described as follows: The surface, together with all improvements thereon and appurtenances thereunto belonging, of that certain lot or parcel of land, situate in Kirby Town, Shady Spring District, Raleigh County, West Virginia, and being a portion of Tract No. Fifteen (15), as shown and designated on a Revised Map Showing Division of Kirby Town, dated June 6, 1954, and being more particularly bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING on the North line of a 40-foot un-named Street, a common corner to Lots 15 and 16; thence N. 7 f 5′ E. 144.20 feet to a stake; thence E. 82 f 55′ W. 90 feet to a stake; thence S. 7 f 5′ W. 130 feet to a stake in the North line of said 40-foot un-named Street; thence West along the North line of the un-named 40-foot Street, a distance of 92 feet to the beginning, the common corner of Lots 15 and 16. And being the same property acquired by Jonathan P. Lilly, by deed dated January 30, 2009, from Richard M. Lilly, to be recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Raleigh County, West Virginia, prior to or simultaneously herewith. Being the same property conveyed to Jonathan P. Lilly by the Deed dated January 30, 2009 and recorded in Deed Book 5034 at Page 6287 in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Raleigh County, West Virginia.
