NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE is hereby given pursuant to and by virtue of the authority vested in the Substitute Trustee, Pill & Pill, PLLC, by that certain Deed of Trust dated June 26, 2000, executed by Borrower, Alan W. Young, to I. L. Grotie, the Trustee of record in the office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Raleigh County, West Virginia, in Book 5002, at Page 5810. At the time of the execution of the Deed of Trust, this property was reported to have a mailing address of 116 Williams Street, Beckley, WV 25801. Pill & Pill, PLLC was appointed as Substitute Trustee by APPOINTMENT OF SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE dated December 10, 2015, of record in the Clerk’s Office in Book 5060, at Page 8683. The borrower defaulted under the Note and Deed of Trust and the Substitute Trustee has been instructed to foreclose under the Deed of Trust. K. nail in a stone wall; thence following along the top of stone wall, S. 36 f 02′ E. (and extending beyond stone wall) a total distance of 131.13 feet to a rebar by a fence post, common corner of Lot A and Lot D; thence following the common boundary of said Lots A and D, S. 23 f 39′ W. for 70.22 feet to a metal fence post, common corner of said Lots; thence N. 24 f 34′ W. for 83.48 feet to a 1/2″ iron rebar by fence post; thence N. 69 f 14′ W. for 48.84 feet to the point of beginning, containing 8,703 square feet, more or less.
