NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE and Notice of the Beneficiary / Servicer’s election to sell that property secured by that certain Deed of Trust dated March 31, 2014, executed by Zachary H. Hudnall to Alan H. Larrick, Trustee, of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Raleigh County, West Virginia, in Book 5054, at Page 8206, which Deed of Trust was assigned by Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. to The Huntington National Bank by ASSIGNMENT dated January 28, 2016, of record in the Clerk’s Office in Book 5061, at Page 1917. Hereford & Riccardi, PLLC was appointed as Trustee by APPOINTMENT OF SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE dated February 1, 2016, of record in the Clerk’s Office in Book 5061, at Page 2114. The borrower defaulted under the Note and Deed of Trust and the Trustee has been instructed to foreclose under the Deed of Trust. Accordingly, the Trustee will sell the following described property to the highest bidder at the front door of the Courthouse of Raleigh County, in Beckley, West Virginia, on: FRIDAY, MARCH 11, 2016, AT 1:45 O’CLOCK P.M. Brammer, Mike Harvey and Karen Harvey; thence leaving Lot 171 of Shady Grove Farms and with the common line of Alonzo P. This is the same property conveyed unto Zachary H. Hudnall by deed dated March 11, 2014, of record in the Clerk’s Office in Book 5054, at Page 8204.
