NOTICE OF TRUSTEEʼS SALE Take notice that on the 31st day of May, 2016, at 10:00 a.m., at the front entrance of the Marion County Courthouse, 219 Adams Street, Fairmont, West Virginia, the under- signed trustee will sell at public auction to the highest bidder the real estate hereinafter de- scribed pursuant to that certain deed of trust dated March 13, 2015, executed by Jessica Cot- trill and Robert Cottrill to Jarrod G. DeVault, Trus- tee, of record in the Of- fice of the Clerk of the County Commission of Marion County, West Vir- ginia, in Trust Deed Book No. 1114, at page 204, default having been made therein, being the following described lots or parcels of real estate situate in the City of Fair- mont, Union District, Marion County, West Vir-

SECOND PARCEL: Be- ginning in the southern line of Columbia Street at the northwest corner of lot formerly owned by Margaret Hughes, and running thence with a line of the J. S. Haggerty lot, S. 34? 30′ E. 54 feet; thence N. 55? 20′ E. 6 feet; thence S. 34? 30′ E. 78 feet or more; thence leaving said Haggerty line and running N. 55? 30′ E. 29 feet; thence N. 34? 30′ E. 132 feet or more to said Columbia Street; thence with the southern line of Colum- bia Street, S. 55? 30′ W. 35 feet to the beginning, containing 4,152 square feet, more or less.
Said property is more par- ticularly described in a deed from Jerry Slater to Jessica Cottrill and Rob- ert Cottrill dated March 11, 2015, of record in said Clerkʼs office in Deed Book No. 1171, at page 866.
