NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE is hereby given pursuant to and by virtue of the authority vested in the Substitute Trustees, Richard A. Pill, David D. Pill, and Amanda E. Steiner, any of whom may act, by that certain Deed of Trust dated March 26, 2004, executed by Borrowers Lisa Baker Ridenhour and Audrey M. Baker, to Alan H. Larrick, the Trustee of record in the office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Raleigh County, West Virginia, in Book 5012, at Page 6405. At the time of the execution of the Deed of Trust, this property was reported to have a mailing address of 110 Maplewood Lane, Beckley, WV 25801. Richard A. Pill, David D. Pill, and Amanda E. Steiner were appointed as Substitute Trustees by APPOINTMENT OF SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE dated January 2, 2015, of record in the Clerk’s Office in Book 5057, Page 6150. The borrowers defaulted under the Note and Deed of Trust and the Substitute Trustees have been instructed to foreclose under the Deed of Trust. Accordingly, the Substitute Trustees will sell the following described property to the highest bidder at the front door of the Courthouse of Raleigh County, in Beckley, West Virginia, on the following date: April 1, 2015 at 2:03 p.m. The property is described as of that certain lot or parcel of land, together with the improvements thereon and the appurtenances thereunto belonging, situate in Beckley District, Raleigh County, West Virginia, and being more particularly described as follows: All those certain lots, tracts or parcels of land situate in Town District, Raleigh County, West Virginia, being more particularly described as follows: BEING Lot No. 6, as the same appears on a map entitled, “Subdivision of the Jackson Smith lot, Beckley, W.Va.” recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Raleigh County, West Virginia, in Deed Book 140, at page 362. And being the same property acquired by Audrey M. Baker and Lisa Baker Ridenhour, by Deed dated June 4, 2002, recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Raleigh County, West Virginia in Deed Book 5007, at Page 4538. And further being the same property acquired by Lisa Baker Ridenhour, from Audrey Baker, by Deed dated October 22, 2004, recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Raleigh County, West Virginia, in Deed Book 5015, at Page 6736.
