NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE is hereby given pursuant to and by virtue of the authority vested in the Substitute Trustee, Pill & Pill, PLLC, by that certain Deed of Trust dated January 28, 2003, executed by Borrower(s), Becky J Goodman, Ricky D Goodman and Jennifer Lambert, to James B. Crawford III, the Trustee of record in the office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Raleigh County, West Virginia, in Book 5008, at Page 9052. At the time of the execution of the Deed of Trust, this property was reported to have a mailing address of 118 Shady Acres Ln, Daniels, WV 25832. Pill & Pill, PLLC were appointed as Substitute Trustees by APPOINTMENT OF SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE dated May 10, 2016, of record in the Clerk’s Office in Book 5062, Page 2113. The borrower(s) defaulted under the Note and Deed of Trust and the Substitute Trustees have been instructed to foreclose under the Deed of Trust. Accordingly, the Substitute Trustees will sell the following described property to the highest bidder at the front door of the Courthouse of Raleigh County, in Beckley, West Virginia, on the following date: July 13, 2016 at 1:11 p.m. The property is described as of that certain lot or parcel of land, together with the improvements thereon and the appurtenances thereunto belonging, situate in Shady Spring District, Raleigh County, West Virginia, and being more particularly described as follows: The following described lot or parcel of land located near Daniels, Shady Spring District, Raleigh County, West Virginia, together with all improvements thereon and appurtenances thereto and being more particularly described as follows: Being Lot No. 2 of the Shady Acres Subdivision as shown on a map of said Addition recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Raleigh County, West Virginia, in Map Book No. 13, at page 36. And being the same property acquired by Ricky Dean Goodman, Becky J. Goodman, and Jennifer Lambert, by Deed dated October 17, 2001 from Becky J. Goodman. (formerly Becky J. Bays) recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Raleigh County, West Virginia, in Deed Book 5005, at page 6670. A copy of any notice of foreclosure sale shall be served on Grantors by certified mail, return receipt requested at the following address: 118 Shady Acres Lane, Daniels, WV 25832, or at such other address as may be given to Lender in writing by Grantors subsequent to the execution and delivery of this deed of trust.
